Our Complaints Procedure
We will be upset if any member of our team gave cause for a participant in our services to resort to this procedure. However, misunderstandings can arise from time to time. We will always try our very best to resolve any matter which has caused offence.
In the first instance, any complaint or concern should be discussed with the team member who had the conduct of the referral involving them.
If this is not possible, or where a participant feels that their complaint or concern has not been resolved, they should please contact Keith Davis or email him at email@example.com
If it has still not been resolved, the matter should be referred to the Civil Mediation Council who may be asked to appoint a mutually acceptable mediator.
