We mentor and train people managers how to safely work towards achieving effective agreed outcomes avoiding the need for formal processes including appeals and legal proceedings.

How it works

We provide 1:1 support over an agreed period of time which is customised and a natural add-on to the employer's conventional policies and procedures - all tailored to reflect the organisation's culture as well as the individual needs and requirements of those we support.
