Either an employer or employee may ask us to -

 

  • listen to the concerns that they have, why and what they seek by way of resolution 

  • discuss these factors with each of them

  • propose how an agreed outcome could be reached

Alternatively, this facility can be used merely to find out what one or more people are really saying and to explore agreed next steps.

The discussions with our Neutral are confidential, without prejudice, and off-the-record. Its aim is to learn more about the issues and to discuss in a safe environment how these can be remedied.

Then, when all concerned are on the same page, they can consider how best to move forward.
