Facilitated Processes

We can conduct or oversee the following processes as an independent neutral -

• grievance hearings and appeals

• disciplinary hearings and appeals

• individual or collective redundancy consultation processes

• TUPE consultation processes

 

If requested, we can gather together all the documentation or evidence required before and during the process. We can do this either informally or prepare Lists of Documents and Hearing Bundles for convenient access and use.

 

We act as a neutral resource available to all participants and any companions.

 

Communications with a neutral may be confidential.  

 

We ask all participants to remain mindful at all times that we do not judge any participant or their case. We are advocates for a fair process and not for any of the participants involved.
