Our neutral can investigate an allegation or concern to:

• gather an account or evidence from all involved

• decide whether there is a case to answer

• ensure that everyone is treated fairly

• help those concerned to decide next steps

We will always apply a fair procedure in accordance with all relevant law and Acas guidelines in relation to the handling of grievances and disciplinary matters.

Although our investigations may be 1:1 in person or online, our speciality is conducting them on customised apps which can be accessed on any device connected to the internet.

This enables participants to have some time and space to respond in their own way. Auto-generated documents are produced from their replies, a copy of which is available to each participant concerned.

​

Our investigator will issue a written report upon which an informed decision regarding next steps can be taken.
