About Us



We are a specialist neutrality practice based in the United Kingdom headed up by Keith Davis, an accredited mediator with over 30 years' hands-on experience in resolving issues and concerns at work. He has worked with Debenhams, Arcadia, Whitbread, Sony BMG, Disney, Watling Tyres, Nuvonic, Keeler Limited both in the United Kingdon, the USA and EU. His speciality areas are discrimination, harassment, bullying, unfair dismissal and redundancy/re-organisations. He is also an in-house lecturer and trainer.

We focus on just three services which are designed to be completed within days subject, of course, to the availability of all concerned. 

 

This is made possible by enabling participants to access our services remotely through secure customised apps unless, of course, in-person or online meetings are preferred.
